My Philosophy

 

I believe in each and every one of you.

 

I believe that learning happens in a safe and fun environment.

 

I believe in the power of laughter.

I believe in the power of open and honest communication.

 

I believe that all of you are tomorrow’s leaders.

 

I believe that I learn as much from you as you do from me (sometimes you teach me more!)

 

I believe that you matter.

 

I believe that this is a work in progress.  It is and always will be in draft form. I will add to it. But never delete.
